Founded in Bristol in 2011, Shuf are excited to shout out the Glasgow arm of Simple Things on the 1st of November, the most exciting and diverse festival of the winter season. Much like Bristol, Glasgow is a perfect setting for the one-dayer. A city rich with musical heritage and artistic ambition, it seems fitting that the cold skies will welcome a range of acts as innovative as they are established.

Across five stages in three venues in the city, Glasgow will be playing host to Dean Blunt, Autechre, Nightmares on Wax, Actress, The Haxan Cloak, Hookworms and veritable menagerie of other acts. These names will be split across Glasgow's finest centres for live music - The O2 ABC, The Art School and Broadcast. Previous years have included now stalwarts Jamie XX and Flying Lotus amongst others, so besides promising a mind-expanding day of music, the festival can also be held up as one of the most forward-thinking events on the electronic/alternative calendar.

Head to the Simple Things website to find out more about the acts playing, and what can be expected from the different venues. Tickets are available here
